Camphor
WHAT IS IT? |
---|
A monoterpenoid-type compound in the essential oils of turmeric (and other species of the Curcuma family). Camphor is also found in other herbs and spices. These include basil, coriander, gotu kola, lavender, oregano, rosemary, sage, sassafras, and savory. Many plants that contain camphor have antioxidant properties. They may also relieve stress and could help with thinning hair. |
